[ARCHIVED] Winter Storm Watch

All residents should be aware that the National Weather Service issued a Winter Storm Watch for most of Long Island with potential of 6-12” of heavy snowfall and high winds to the area beginning late Friday night into Saturday before clearing on Sunday. Village crews are ready to address road clearing issues and again request residents that have their driveways plowed to have snow pushed to the side of the roadway and not into the middle of the street.

It is suggested to make all shopping arrangement tomorrow before the snow begins to fall and only drive when necessary during this upcoming weather event.
