A Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury at Village Hall, 1 Store Hill Road, Old Westbury, NY at 7:00 PM on Monday, November 18, 2019 to consider the following proposed local law:
PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NUMBER 9 OF 2019 – A Local Law Amending Chapter 74 of the Code of the Village of Old Westbury, relating to and regulating Building Department Permit Applications within the Village of Old Westbury to require that all building permit applications shall include calculations by the design professional stating the “Building Area” and “Usable Floor Area” as defined in Section 216-4 of the Village Code, and that such calculations will be reviewed and certified by the Village Engineer.
