The Old Westbury Police Department is investigating an occupied burglary which occurred approximately one hour in the past on Applegreen Drive. A resident reported a suspicious subject by her front door, and went to another area of the house to call for police response. The subject did enter the house, but fled before arrival of police. There is no reported loss at this time. Please make sure your alarm system is functioning properly and in use whether you are home or away.
